On April 28, 2024, the Africa Faith and Justice Network (AFJN) lost a staunch supporter of our mission when God called Sr. Teresita Weind, SNDdeN home. Sr. Weind saw the importance of AFJN’s working with religious women in Africa and was very supportive of our Women Empowerment Project while she was Congregation Leader.
“Sr. Teresita had a very loving and generous spirit. We pray that she is at peace with God” said Sr. Eucharia Madueke, SNDdeN, AFJN Women Empowerment Project Coordinator.
“My condolences to the SNDdeN family for this very irreparable loss. May she rest in peace” said Dr. Steven Nabieu Rogers, AFJN Executive Director.
