Dr. Enyinaya J. Njoku

Dr. Enyinaya (Juliet) J. Njoku joined the Africa Faith and Justice Network (AFJN) Board of Directors in June 2026. She is a dedicated public servant, community leader, and advocate with more than 23 years of experience in the New Jersey Judiciary, where she serves as a Senior Officer with expertise in case supervision, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

Dr. Njoku holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University, and law degrees from the University of Jos and the Nigerian Law School in Nigeria. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, justice, and service.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Njoku has been actively involved in numerous faith-based and community organizations. She currently serves as Chairlady of the Nigerian American Mothers for Youth Advancement (NAMYAUSA), where she supports youth leadership development, scholarship initiatives, and community outreach programs. She has also served for many years on the board of the National Association of African Catholics in the United States (NAACUS), helping to advance youth ministry and strengthen African Catholic communities.

Dr. Njoku brings to AFJN a wealth of experience in public policy, community engagement, and advocacy, along with a deep commitment to promoting justice, human dignity, and sustainable development across Africa and the African diaspora.
