Roots and Routes of Justice Ministry in Africa

My contribution to the anniversary conference is entitled “Roots and Routes of Justice Ministry in Africa”. We will begin with the roots and routes revealed in the Old Testament and culminating in Jesus Christ. Then, making the Mission of Christ our own, we see how the three Synods we’re looking at – 1971, 1994 and 2009 – underpin and give direction to the justice ministries of the Church in and for Africa.

Finally, we notice what this anniversary reflection indicates about future Christian evangelization for Africa and beyond.  Read the full talk here
