On January 27th, 2017, the National Catholic Reporter’s Global Sisters Report published a live blog titled “Women’s marches around the world”.
Sr. Eucharia Madueke of AFJN and Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is featured in the blog quoted saying “We are in solidarity with American women . . . Their cause is our cause. Women are women all over the world. I cannot just sit down — when they win, we win. What makes me happy is that people aren’t just sitting down. They are making their voices be heard”.
