AFJN Welcomes Our Fall Intern: Ayo Adeyemi

Ayo Adeyemi is a first-year undergraduate student at American University. She majors in Business, Language, and Culture with a language specialization in Mandarin Chinese. She has participated as a club-head of a Peace and Justice Service club focused on aiding the un-housed community. She feels passionately about spending time doing service projects and learning about a variety of cultures. As a first generation Nigerian-American she is excited to be involved in the DC community and the Africa Faith and Justice Network. She is interested in learning more about advocacy and policy specifically for issues based in Africa.
